Publication standards

Editorial standards

The rules that keep commercial eligibility separate from consumer conclusions.

Merchant-neutral rankings

Products without affiliate programs remain in comparisons when they are credible controls. A merchant cannot buy a verdict, score, category win, or omission of a material caveat.

Sources and corrections

Every public factual field must cite a source and verification date, or be labeled unknown. Publisher claims, community reports, editorial observations, and protocol results remain distinct. Material product changes create a new dated record rather than silently replacing history.

Public experience is context, not proof

Community and creator reports are selected for decision relevance and disagreement, not to manufacture consensus. We disclose scope and commercial signals, paraphrase rather than republish, and never present a convenience sample as representative research.

AI-assisted work

Automation may help structure research and code, but cannot manufacture tests, screenshots, receipts, user experiences, quotations, consensus, or author identities. Human review is required before a profile becomes indexable or a hands-on result is published.

Hard exclusions

We do not promote real-person nudification, nonconsensual or illegal content, age-ambiguous merchandising, or merchants that fail required safeguards.
